2 years after my daughter had a procedure to remove an in-grown tooth, they send me a bill and letter saying my insurance didn't cover something. Told me they could try to file again but I would need to supply some letter my insurance at the time sent me 2 YEARS AGO! I have changed insurance and locations since then so now I just have to pay for something that insurance would have covered if it had been filed correctly the actual year it was done. Not to mention the after-procedure care was rough as he continued to tell me my daughter did not have an infection only to realize she did. He doesn't listen to patients, and they don't know how to file with the insurances correctly. Steer clear if you can!
My son had his wisdom teeth removed and he did not do well waking up. It was difficult to see him in so much pain and I couldn’t help but cry. Stephanie was so understanding through the process. Did not dismiss us. They explained the process and more importantly made me a part of it. The Doctor was ok too but the one who made the world of difference In the experience? Stephanie and the front desk ladies. Thank you for treating us kindly!
I highly recommend High House Oral Surgery for your choice of dental care. Dr. Davis and his staff was very professional, respectful and kind. I drove 2 hours to have my dental care done by Dr.Davis and I am well pleased. I have never visited a dentist office who called to follow-up with you, that was simply amazing and kind. I had a tooth extracted recently by Dr. Davies. Although I don't wish the need for a tooth to be extracted upon anyone, in the end I cannot be happier with the quality and attention Dr. Davies and his staff provided me. Thank you, Dr. Davies and Team!!!
Note: All of these reviews are either 1 or 5, that should alarm all of you, you never know what you will get that day! Run. My dentist referred me to High House Oral Surgery and sent over my xrays. I went for my “free” consultation and they took more xrays. I mentioned that my dentist sent over my xrays and I just had them taken. Their response was “we can’t use them” and took more. Did not tell me the cost, did not tell me there would even be a charge. I then got charged $476 dollars for the xrays on my way out the door. If you have a potential new client please let them know their free consultation is not in fact free. They require payment up front, so this could potentially be a very big deal for someone that - again - was there for a free consultation. I called my dentist after and let them know that the xrays they sent over could not be used and they said they had no idea why that would be. I feel scammed.
My experience here was awesome! Everybody was so attentive to my needs and what I needed. Anita definitely needs a raise! All of you guys were awesome!!!
I have went here several times and due to my high dental anxiety I have not been taken care of my teeth like I should. High House Oral Surgery is absolutely amazing. Affordable, friendly, attentive and of course Sedation Savy. I am a very hard stick and they get me together everytime. In and out process, looking towards the future to get my smile corrected. They also call and check to make sure you are okay after your procedure. I know exactly where to go for all my dental sedation needs.Thank you Staff I absolutely cant wait to get my teeth back on track towards a nice smile. Highly HIGHLY recommend.
Called the emergency help line Saturday 1/6/24 at 2:56pm no one answered. Also, I had to find the number on my post-op instruction paper which thankfully hadn’t been lost yet bc they don’t provide the number anywhere else. Face is still numb from surgery on Thursday morning.
Follow up! I got a call back within a hour! 👍🏽
